Written by Veteran & NYPD First Responder, Kristian LaRusso and Tom McElvain during our Warriors Heart #1 2023 Retreat. During the songwriting session, Kristian spoke a lot about not being able to save lives, or help others turn their lives around. He compared it to throwing lifelines that never seemed to hit the target.
